Biography
Having the self-awareness and tenacity to understand when you need support is something to celebrate. I want to meet you on this journey and help guide you through discovery. My goals are to work with you to understand the complexities of who you are and help you to find the strengths to navigate your everyday life.
I specialize in working with young adults and adults facing dating and relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, depression, interpersonal problems, trouble with self-acceptance, and other everyday challenges.
I use a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approach, emphasizing the importance of the mind-body connection. Everyone’s struggles and life experiences are different; my approach, therefore, caters to those diverse events. One method does not work for everyone. I want therapy to be a collaborative process.
Life throws us many curveballs that we cannot control. What we can control is the way we react to these events. I want to help you find the inner strength to work through these barriers and get to a place of confidence and peace.
