Biography
As a dedicated, compassionate Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey with over 7 years of experience, I provide therapeutic support to individuals,couples, and families. With a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance University, I specialize in substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health illnesses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Believing in a holistic approach to mental health, I integrate evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of personal narratives and individual strengths.
Various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques are tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. My goal is to foster resilience and help clients develop effective coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
